grand final 2003 Thursday, 4 September 2003, at 4:40 p.m. US Eastern Time

does anyone know where i can find a grand final party on the east coast that doesnt require you to be 21 and over? the one hosted be the new york magpies looks pretty good but says 'strictly 21 and over' and im only 19. i would be prepared to go as far as chicago for this game. any help would be greatly appreciated. go the swannies!!!

Hi Julian,

Well that's a request we don't often get but a reasonable one. Here's what I suggest: look up the party listings for the cities you would consider traveling to on our party pages. Contact the hosts listed on those pages by e-mail or phone and find out if the venue they have will allow you on the premises. More announcements are arriving every week so if at first you don't succeed check back in a few days as we may have more cities listed.

You've already posted here so hopefully someone will see this. There are a fair number of private parties we never get announcements for and those wouldn't have such a restriction. Hopefully someone will find you.

unfortunately, the drinking age in Chicago is also 21 and both Chicago parties are at bars,
However, I believe Toronto and Montreal are not too far from NY and the drinking ages in those 2 cities are 18 and 19
