Good news - price of AFL streaming video the same as last year!

Well, the subject says most of it -- afl.com.au now has a panel on the front page for "International Customers." I explored a bit further and discovered that the package that gets full access remains at AU$59.95; as we are not subject to Australian GST, that's actually AU$54.50. I checked with www.xe.com for the current exchange rate, and it works out to just over US$40. That's not terribly expensive for an entire YEAR of access to the streaming media library -- although there is a limit of 5 hours/week of streaming video. I know that it helped me avoid going through footy withdrawal during the off season!

While the service does have its drawbacks, it IS nice to get to see full games, and whichever game you wish -- making it much easier to follow a particular team.

So, until we can get FOX Footy Channel and FOX Footy Extra here in North America....

Yup - gladly ploped down my ~40.00 and love every minute of it. I do wish there were controls so you could fast forward or reverse playpack. http://www.footyzone.com.forum
