Glad to have you along, Ralph. You can rest assured that everyone involved with AFANA understands the task we have ahead of us. When we were founded nearly a decade ago we set for ourselves a 30 year plan. I should also be very clear that we have no misconception that Australian football will replace a major American sport in our lifetimes. What we seek is to put it "on the map" and make it a permanent part of the sporting landscape in the US and Canada.

I've been over 5 times in recent years and there are several members and regular visitors to this board who go to matches in Australia every year. Others have never made the trip either because their only interest in Australia is the footy or because their financial situation doesn't permit it. No one I know has ever regretted going though.

Ralph,
I am one of the membership that Rob wrote about that has been to Oz, five times for the footy from Kansas for me since 1995. Remember, Geelong is the greatest team of all!!!
