The new Centre circle

OK I remember this being mentioned before but I just want to make sure I'm up on these rule changes.

That new 2nd centre circle and the line. Is it the case then that only something like 2 players are allowed within that circle now and they can't cross that new line during a ball-up?

Hi Phil -
The new center circle was brought in primarily to reduce the ruckman run-up, and thus decrease the knee clashes and subsequent potetially serious PCL injuries. I believe the center square player line-up rules are still the same with players not allowed to move in until the ball is bounced.
