FSC Online Survey

Thanks to a heads up from Paat K., there is an online survey for FSC at the link below. Apparently though, if you answer the initial demographics question "wrong" you aren't sent forward to the later questions... so "do what you have to"
Also, there is only one question that allows you to say you like footy programming late in the survey ("Oval Ball block") and there are two comment sections where you can a) specify you get your footy schedules from AFANA (choose "other" then fill in the blank) and b) offer general comments at the very end.
