Thanks to a heads up from Paat K., there is an online survey for FSC at the link below. Apparently though, if you answer the initial demographics question "wrong" you aren't sent forward to the later questions... so "do what you have to" :D Also, there is only one question that allows you to say you like footy programming late in the survey ("Oval Ball block") and there are two comment sections where you can a) specify you get your footy schedules from AFANA (choose "other" then fill in the blank) and b) offer general comments at the very end.

Rob, just tried it at 6:28 p.m. CDT, Saturday 13th and it said no tests are available. Maybe the membership has overwhelmed it with the negative comments I hope that FSC deserves. I will have to try later.

You have to tell the survey that you are female, and between the ages of 19 and 45. I used my wife's demographics and my answers.

OK i just filled out the survey with comments indicating that Australian Rules Football coverage is the primary reason for getting Fox Soccer Channel.

As I stated in my original message, you have to be careful about the demographics question. If you answer it "wrong" you are stopped from taking the survey. They are screening out the survey participants they don't want so do as some others have suggested here on the board. (Hint! Hint! you must be between certain ages and of a certain sex. ;) )
