Didn't the Blues set some kind of record in '95. They opened with 7 wins, got thumped by Sydney, humilitated by St. Kilda, and then won 16 on the trot through the slaughter of Geelong in the GF. I'm not sure what the record would have been, in retrospect, but I sure thought they told us at the time it was some kind of record.
