That's where you're wrong! The Kiwis did and do play Aussie Rules. True they turned to Rugby Union, but that was at a time when there very little difference between Aussie Rules, Rugby Union and god forbid Pommie Roundball. A spectator of today would be hard pressed to guess, if given the chance to observe the three games as played then, which game was which.

I am an Australian who loves both soccer and Australian Football. However, I can now say, without bias that Australian Football is the greatest game on the planet and deserves to be seen by the rest of the world.

wat a load of crap. im from ausrtalia and it is soooo big over here especially in melbourne, its like a religion. and we dont need the game to be any where else but here. it is a real game and played by real men who r the sexiest guys in the world and guys like anthony koutoufidies, shane woewodin and matthew llyod would kick ur arse any day.
