Wayne Carey reported in Canadian press

It has been reported here in Melbourne that Ontario’s main newspaper, the Ottawa Citizen, has run a story about the Wayne Carey scandal on the back page of its main section under the headline, “Sex scandal rocks Aussie soccer team”.
Is there any fans living in Canada (around Ottawa in particular) who can tell us when the article appeared? I could not find the article in the Citizen's website.
