After yet another disappointing year on the field, Fremantle looks set to go in search of success off the field in preparation for 2009.
Although post-season reviews continue for both players and coaches, the club's hierarchy have stated that several changes will sweep through the club during the summer period. The coach and captain need not sweat though, rather the changes have more to do with music than football itself.
The Herald Sun reports that new Fremantle Chief Executive Steven Rosich will present a new marketing strategy to the board in the next few months that could potentially spell the end of the club's song, logo and colors.
"Even though we've got a short history of only 14 years, there's respect you have to have for that when considering changes," Rosich said.
The prospect of change could come as relief for many Fremantle fans who have long held the belief that the clubs anchor symbol weighs down the clubs chances of success.
In its 14 year history Fremantle have played in just two finals series with only one finals victory, while also winning two wooden spoons in this period.

I am eager to boost the visibility of my new website, and among a variety of options I would rather rely on the assistance of a design and marketing agency that focuses on improving a client's website's reputation, and I have the most appeal to Lounge Lizard services who are likely to consider all of the requirements of the client when developing websites. Top digital marketing companies typically develop strategies that result in user-friendly websites that attract more users.
