TRIBUNAL
The Match Review Panel (MRP) did not lay any charges from the Semi-Final games. They also reviewed the two match day reports.

The MRP ruled that Sydney's Leo Barry, reported for striking, was attempting to intercept a handball by Bulldog Shaun Higgins when he made contact with Higgins. They further determined that his actions in doing so was not a striking motion and dismissed the charge.

The MRP reviewed the rough conduct charge against St. Kilda's Justin Koschitzke. They determined that his tackle on Collingwood's Shane Wakelin was not unreasonable and that the tackle was done in one motion with Koschitzke holding Wakelin the entire time rather than two separate actions. They further deemed that Koschitzke was unaware that Wakelin had disposed of the ball during the tackle and that the ball had gone out of bounds. They dismissed the charge.
