AFL Life Membership: Joel Corey (GEEL) will qualify for AFL Life Membership in Round 15 with his 300th game. He has played 265 season games, one State of Origin match, 31 preseason games and two International Rules Matches.

Most club games: Dean Cox (WCE) will play his 265th game in Round 15, putting him equal with Drew Banfield in third place on the club's games list. Ahead of them are Glen Jakovich (276 games, 1991-2004) and Guy McKenna (267 games, 1988-2000). They are followed by Darren Glass (254 games, 2000-current), Peter Matera (253 games, 1990-2002), Andrew Embley (245 games, 1999-current), Dean Kemp (243 games, 1990-2001), Ashley McIntosh (242 games, 1991-2003) and Ben Cousins (238 games, 1996-2007).

Career Wins: Dustin Fletcher (ESS) has 219 career wins to his name. The next Essendon victory with him in the side will put him equal with Craig Bradley, Gordon Coventry and Leigh Matthews (220 wins) in fifth spot for most wins in League history. Ahead of them are Michael Tuck (302 wins from 426 games), Kevin Bartlett (260 wins from 403 games), Bruce Doull (238 wins from 356 games) and Simon Madden (223 wins from 378 games). They are followed by Justin Madden (211 wins from 332 games) and Jack Dyer (206 wins from 312 games).

Most Consecutive Wins against a Grand Final victor: Geelong has not lost to Hawthorn since the 2008 Grand Final. Their streak of ten consecutive wins against a Grand Final victor is a League record. After losing that Grand Final, the Cats defeated Hawthorn in Rounds 1 and 17, 2009, Rounds 2 and 15, 2010, Rounds 5, 12 and the Qualifying Final, 2011, Rounds 2 and 19, 2012 and the opening round of 2013.
