The most games in West Coast history are Glen Jakovich (276 games, 1991-2004), Dean Cox (272 games, 2001-current), Guy McKenna (267 games, 1988-2000), Drew Banfield (265 games, 1993-2006), Darren Glass (261 games, 2000-current), Peter Matera (253 games, 1990-2002), Andrew Embley, Dean Kemp (243 games, 1990-2001), Ashley McIntosh (242 games, 1991-2003), Ben Cousins (238 games, 1996-2007).
250 games: Daniel Giansiracusa (WB) will become the 10th player in club history to reach 250 games in Round 23. The most games in Footscray/Western Bulldogs history are Brad Johnson (364 games, 1994-2010), Chris Grant (341 games, 1990-2007), Doug Hawkins (329 games, 1978-94), Scott West (324 games, 1993-2008), Ted Whitten (321 games, 1951-70), Rohan Smith (300 games, 1992-2006), Tony Liberatore (283 games, 1986-2002), Arthur Olliver (272 games, 1935-50) and Steven Wallis (261 games, 1983-96).
Most Games, Rookie List Player: Quinten Lynch (COL) will play his 227th match in Round 23, putting him equal with Tarkyn Lockyer in ninth place for most games by any player who began his career on an AFL rookie list. Ahead of them are Stephen Milne (274 games, 2000 Rookie Draft), Dean Cox (272 games, 2000 Rookie Draft), James McDonald (264 games, 1997 Rookie Draft), Brett Kirk (241 games, 1999 Rookie Draft), Mal Michael (238 games, 1997 Rookie Draft), Darren Jolly (237 games, 2001 Rookie Draft), Michael Doughty (231 games, 2000 Rookie Draft) and Russell Robertson (228 games, 1997 Rookie Draft).
Oldest Coaches: Kevin Sheedy will be 65 years and 251 days old in Round 23, making him the third oldest man in league history to coach a senior game. Ahead of him are Checker Hughes (71 years, 148 days in 1965) and Jock McHale (66 years, 266 days in 1949). He is followed by John Kennedy (60 years, 246 days in 1989), Jack Worrall (60 years, 40 days in 1920), Michael Malthouse (60 years, 14 days at Rd 23, 2013), Denis Pagan (59 years, 301 days in 2007), George Sparrow (59 years, 291 days in 1929), Ron Barassi (59 years, 188 days in 1995) and Allan Jeans (58 years, 341 days in 1992).
