Collingwood Captain Nick Maxwell (r) walks off with Dayne Beams (l) holding the Robert Rose trophy, Rose played for the Collingwood Football Club, and later for Footscray, now the Western Bulldogs.He had a tragic car accident , which left him a quadriplegic. He later became a columnist for a Melbourne newspaper.
