It is a familiar story. Go out with friends, have too much to drink, and get a tattoo while your senses are impaired. According to the retired Matthew Lloyd, who has a radio spot on SEN Radio, it happened to his former Essendon teammates Tom Bellchambers and Tayte Pears. The boys were on an end of season trip and the pair imbibed a bit too much and, in their inebriated state, decided to get tattoos. They also put an interesting twist on what they did. Pears got a tattoo of a bell and Bellchambers had himself inked with a pear. According to Lloyd, the duo are regretting it.

NOTE: Bet they are still copping some taunts from teammates
