Matthew Scarlett (Geelong) will qualify for AFL Life Membership when he plays his next game for the Cats. He has played 299 games since his debut in 1998. The breakdown is 268 regular season games, 27 preseason games, one State of Origin match and three International Rules games.

Brent Harvey (North Melbourne) played his 32nd preseason game last weekend, putting him equal 11th on the all-time list.
