He has a prior record of two games suspended within the past three years, increasing the penalty 20% to 270 demerits. He also has 37.50 demerits carried over from the past year, further increasing the penalty to 307.50 demerits and a three game suspension. He accepted, reducing the penalty 25% to 230.63 demerits and a two game suspension with 30.63 demerits held over toward his future record.
Michael Rischitelli (BRIS), fined $1600 for a first offense of taking part in a melee. He accepted, reducing the penalty 25% to $1200.
