Most Career Games: Brent Harvey (NM) will play his 356th game in Round 17, putting him equal with Bruce Doull and Paul Roos in 10th place on the League's games list. Ahead of them are Michael Tuck (HAW 426), Kevin Bartlett (RICH 403), Robert Harvey (StK 383), Simon Madden (ESS 378), Craig Bradley (CARL 375), Dustin Fletcher (ESS 375), Bernie Quinlan (Footscray/Fitzroy 366), Brad Johnson (WB 364) and John Blakey (Ftizroy/NM 359). Behind them are Doug Hawkins (Footscray/Fitzroy 350), Chris Grant (WB 341) and Andrew McLeod (ADE 340).

Most Club Games: Corey Enright (GEEL) will play his 259th game in Round 17, putting him equal with Paul Couch in 8th place on the club's games list. Ahead of them are Ian Nankervis (325 games), John Newman (300 games), Darren Milburn (292 games), Peter Riccardi (288 games), Matthew Scarlett (284 games), Garry Hocking (274 games) and Joel Corey (266 games). Behind them is Bruce Nankervis (253 games).

250 games under one coach: Dean Cox (WCE) will play his 250th game under Coach John Worsfold, making him only the 6th player in League history to play 250 games under one coach. Ahead of them for player/coach games are Gordon Coventry, 306 games under Jock McHale (Collingwood); Bill Hutchison, 282 games under Dick Reynolds (Essendon); Dustin Fletcher, 276 games under Kevin Sheedy (Essendon); Harry Collier, 253 games under Jock McHale (Collingwood) and James Hird, 253 games under Kevin Sheedy (Essendon).
