Most Games, Pair of Brothers: Peter (241 games) and Shaun (210) Burgoyne became the 12th pair of brothers in League history to reach a combined total of 450 games. The leaders are: Madden (710 games - Simon 378, Justin 332), Nankervis (578 - Ian 325, Bruce 253), Coventry (533 - Syd 227, Gordon 306), Richardson (518 - Wayne 277, Max 241), Wakelin (513 - Darryl 252, Shane 261), Rocca (499 - Saverio 257, Anthony 242), Matthews (487 - Leigh 332, Kelvin 155), Cornes (483 - Chad 248, Kane 235), Hocking (473 - Stephen199, Garry 274), Collier (470 - Harry 253, Albert 217), Voss (459 - Michael 289, Brett 170), and the Burgoynes.

Most Games, Four Brothers: Adam (169) Troy (75), Scott (81), and Joel (126) became the second set of four brothers or more to play 450 games. The leaders are: Daniher (752 - Terry 313, Neale 82, Anthony 233, Chris 124)*, the Selwoods, Cordner (376 - Don 166, Ted 52, Denis 152, John 6), Hiskins (375 - Fred 50, Arthur 185, Stan 66, Rupe 74), Rose (374 - Bob 152, Bill 40, Kevin 159, Ralph 23).

*The Danihers hold another unique league record in that they are the only set of four brothers to all play in the same team in one game.

Most Games in History: Dustin Fletcher (ESS) played his 359th game in Round 14, putting him equal eighth on the all-time list for games played. The leaders are Michael Tuck (HAW, 426), Kevin Bartlett (RICH, 403), Robert Harvey (STK, 383), Simon Madden (ESS, 378), Craig Bradley (CARL, 375), Bernie Quinlan (FOOTS-WB/FITZ, 366), Brad Johnson (WB, 364), John Blakey (FITZ/SYD, 359), Dustin Fletcher, Bruce Doull (CARL, 356), Paul Roos (FITZ/SYD, 356), Doug Hawkins (FOOTS-WB/FITZ, 350), Chris Grant (WB, 341), Andrew McLeod (ADE, 340), John Rantall (SOUTH MELB/SYD/FITZ, 336), Brent Harvey (NM, 335), David Cloke (RICH/COL, 333), Kevin Murray (FITZ, 333), Justin Madden (ESS/CARL, 332) and Leigh Matthews (HAW, 332).

AFL Life Membership: Docker Coach Ross Lyon qualified for AFL Life Membership in Round 14, having been involved in his 300th match as a player and coach. He played 129 games for Fitzroy and the Brisbane Bears, 17 pre-season games with Fitzroy and one State of Origin match. This was his 134th game as coach. He has also coached 19 pre-season games.

100 club games: Chris Judd (CARL) played his 100th game for Carlton in Round 14, making him the 35th player to reach the mark with two different clubs. Judd played 134 games with West Coast. 100 club games as captain: Chris Judd captained his 100th game with Carlton in Round 14. He is the fourth player in the club's history to do so. The others are Stephen Kernahan (226 games, 1987-97), John Nicholls (188 games 1961-74) and Craig Bradley (116 games 1991-2001).
