Darwins Favourite Son
Aboriginal All Stars crowd favorite Austin Wonaeamirri waves to his legion of fans after his side belted the Adelaide Crows on Saturday night. Wonaeamirri who is a local lad from the Tiwi Islands 70km north of Darwin in the Arafura sea had the crowd applauding his every move during the game with his silky smooth skills and electrifying pace. Walking with Wonaeamirri is North Melbourne star Lindsay Thomas. The Aboriginal All Stars defeated the Adelaide Crows by 54 points at TIO Stadium Darwin on the 7th of February 2009.
